lately i've been reallly busy with the summer courses i took and going out everyday :p
and remind me not to take summer courses anymore its too hot!!
the sun is burning !!!!!! seriously even the sun block is not enough anyways i only have 1 elective and i will be done so i can take it during the year...

and did anyone watch the movie "passengers" !!!!!!! i saw it 2 days ago ,, at the end i was like .. what!! whats the story who is dead and who is not !!
hhhh because the story shows people that lived after the plane crash but then discovered that they are dead and some events happened to show them the path something like that but it was a nice movie i enjoyed watching it..

hii all

im having a good week though i thought summer would be better than this but its good..
having classes from 8:00am till 2:00 pm is not that bad since the courses are easy and we keep playing :p coz its only pass or fail so getting the 60 is what we need do looool..
after that i go to the jym with 2 of my close friends and we stay for an hour or so though its weird i gained 1 kg!!!! , it feels like you have time for everything walla after i finish sports i go home between the msn and tv and i started to watch many movies and tv shows hhhhh im catching up i guess ..
today i drove my brother's "nissan vtc" which was ><" no comment hhhhhhhhhh but fun and i did drive it well ... im a good driver el 7mdella but it was tooooooooo big for me
anyways, im looking for a movie to watch i guess i will choose "the proposal" dont know and maybe or maybe not i will get a BB l2na my sister wants it though i think its too "dfsh" for a girl bs madri i like the options it has but the way it looks is really bad ... we will see what happens :)

me and mom were just watching the oprah's show and she was talking to two mom's each of them lost her boy after they committed suicied because of bullying at school!!!!!!
can you believe that and how old are those boys !!! 9 and 11 years GOD it makes me soo angry kides are happy and fun lover they wont just go and hang them self for something that happened for few days i bit it happened for a long time till thay had enough and did what they did
and what made me even more sad is that one of them left a note for him family saying that he loves them but he got tired of it!!
where was the family when all that happened ???
and in schools aren't there teachers ????

till when is this going to happen they should me something done speciallllly in schools people are putting their kids there thinking that its a safe place and 5laa9 they can go to work and the kid is safe and learning and having fun with his friends .. teachers should do something to make schools a better place l2na the kid is spending almost all the day there!!
also for the parents they should talk 2 them about school like how is studying ? who is your friend? how is everything?
i remember talking with mom after school in our way to home about everything that happened in school like the funny stuff and studying i think that this is the best way atleast if your kid is having a problem you will know you will be there for him\her ..
i know my thoughts are mixed up but i got really angry and sad :(

anyways , i just came back from the mall , went to see a movie "CHAOS THEORY" which was nice ... hhhh i want to do everything i can o have fun
now im soo tired i guess i will sleep and i need it it feels like i didn't sleep for years .. hhhhhh

so my week is not like what i thought will be!!
i was suppose to finish somethings for uni but i didn't because i had this history midterm so i spent the day studying it and didn't finish the chapters i wanted m ok im almost done with the anatomy but i have other lectures " genetics , pathology , pharmacology " to study
inshalla i will finish part one by friday though i wanted to finish it by yesterday bs yalla what to do
about uni the time table is FULL we didn't have any break !! from 8:30am till 4:00pm all the week!! can you believe that ..
im not finding time for anything ,, i want to sleep badly though i sleep but i either sleep less than what i need or more both cases i wake up having this stupid headache that i wish i didn't sleep..

having a physiology lecture thinking about the summer holidayi know there is still time but i just got my summer time table .. im taking itroduction to business , legistlations and ethics for health practice and IT ..so i started thinking about things i want to do this summer other than travellingso here is my plan for now :
1-taking those classes so i will have only 1 elective left and i will be done
2-DEIT .. i want to lose 5 kg and have a nicer look btw im size 6-8 uk but stilli would love to reach 44-45 kg "now im 48kg""
3- JYM .. with the deit to get a good shap
4- i want to start taking good care of my skin because it is so sensitive thati get dark spot from anything !!

i was in uni from 8:30am till 7:00 pm!!!!!!!!!!
so i went to the visit today then we went to a school to see they apply what they told us about health issues in schools and how to improve the health of the students
then going back to uni i worked with my group from 2:30pm till 7:oo pm on the presentation that we will do tomorrow inshalla
it was tooo much work for one day 9ra7a it needed more time
anyways the work was done and now i have to read and get ready for the big day tomorrow

talking anout my weekend which going good so far ,, on thursday my day at uni was reallu long i had classes from 9:ooam till 2:00 pm then from 2:30 till 4:30 pm poor me long day walla
yet it ended in a good way i had a wonderfull amazing hour at the end ^_*
then went home and i was having a party in my house and had a great time with my friends , who i really love " thanx all for coming "
today i went to "wadi siji " the weather was coooool i had fun , the place was nice you after the rain that we had the whole week the place is amazing now actually its rainning out side now i can hear the sound :p
and watched a nice movie along with few episodes from grey's anatomy its becoming better and fun to watch now..

im noticing something lately which is the common sadness that people are putting them self in .. which i really dont get , why are you having all those sad DP or nicknames !!
and always the dramatic songs!!
people its not good for your health , not good at all in all aspects
actually a friend of mine who is doing this " bad , sad mood all the time with the sad songs and everything" is talking to me about her self and annoyed from her sad life!! im like ok you choose this life , she said that nothing she ever wanted happened her way ..
people happyness wont come and knock on your door !! work to get it
if you want to live a happy , funny life .. the best life anyone can have start by your self
think in a possitive way .. and good songs are there all the time ^^
and my advice is to wear lots of colorfull outfits seriously it works and has a great effect on you..
think that nothing last for ever and this sadness or problem you are having is going away sooner or later .. and after those tears there will be lots of laughs just believe in that and you will have a pink life ^^
value things that you are having and you will find nothing better than what you have..

so im thinking about something lately!!
what happened to some girls wearring ugly outfits , that look really bad on them !!
never wear skinny jeanz or short skirts unless you are size 8 or less mostly for size 6 and less but if you are a size 8 and tall its ok i guess , any way it goes with your body more than sizes ..
and colors .. people what happened !! im not against colors but wear colors that goes together don't go out looking like you just took anything and put it on !! even if you wanted to wear 3-4 colors FINE but choose carefully but not 10 colors.. and what im seeing is that if she is not wearing colors she will stick to one color only !! all red or blue !! WHY!! its looks bad wake up
seriously the make up and the ugly red lipstick walla some wear it for uni @ 8:00 am

So im inlove with my hair and i take good care of it which all girls should do ..
here are some tips and hope you all enjoy and apply those tips ^^

1. Avoid combing hair with a fine-toothed comb when wet, as this is a common cause of breakage. Although this is a tempting practice because hair straightens and detangles much better if combed when wet, the stress on the hair shaft is immense when the hair is wet because it is weakened.
2. Brushing the hair before washing it can loosen up flakes of sebum and dead skin buildup and make it easier to thoroughly clean the scalp during shampooing.
3. Avoid over combing or over brushing your hair. Generally, this will cause damage to the hair, which is quite contrary to the old 100-stroke brushing rule.
4. Although clean hair is desirable and even necessary for the maintenance of healthy hair, excessive shampooing can strip vital minerals like calcium, phosphorus, nitrogen and iron from the hair. This is particularly true when using commercial shampoos. Most commercial shampoos contain formaldehyde as a preservative. To disguise the presence of formaldehyde it is listed in the ingredients as Quanternium-15. This substance can be carcinogenic (cancer-causing) and poisonous to the entire system.
5. If possible, use natural shampoos which are normally found in health food stores. Even with natural shampoos, be careful of the ingredient Sodium Lauryl Sulfate that can strip away too much oil from the hair, causing shampoo residue to be left behind. Ingredients that have proven useful in shampoos are cocamides, Panthenol Pro-B, of course the previously discussed vitamins, aloe vera, sage, nettle, burdock, chamomile, chaparral, horsetail and rosemary. Also look for shampoos that contain keratin, the protein substance that hair is made of, or amino acids. This will help seal breakages in the cuticle.
6. Choose a shampoo with a proper pH balance; a level of 5.5 is ideal. The pH scale runs from 0 to 6.9 for acids and 7.1 to 14 for alkaline, with 7 being neutral. Although generally conditioners are good for hair provided that they do not contain the previously mentioned harmful chemicals, shampoos with conditioners included should be avoided. Shampooing and conditioning serve two different functions and the effectiveness of both are diminished by combining the process.
7. When shampooing, pour the shampoo into the hands and rub the shampoo in with your hands rather than pouring it on your head. By pouring shampoo directly into the hair you may promote buildup in one particular spot. Massage gently with your fingertips to loosen flakes and buildup and to stimulate circulation, but avoid using the fingernails as this may scratch the scalp and cause scarring over time. Shampoo with warm water to open the pores and rinse with cool water to promote shrinking the pores back to their normal size. After washing hair, dry it by blotting the hair with a towel. Avoid rubbing, especially with terrycloth towels, as this will pull hair when it is in a weakened state due to the wetness.
8. Be sure to follow directions on all perms and relaxers, as misuse can cause serious damage to the hair shaft. Excessive coloring, styling or heat treatments, and chemical treatments can damage hair and cause breakage even when directions are followed. Always keep in mind that these perms and relaxers have harsh chemicals in them that chemically alter hair, and long-term use of these chemicals can cause harm to hair shafts and follicles causing some hair loss. If you can avoid the use of these chemicals, by all means do. The result could be the increased life of your hair.
9. If you decide to use perms or relaxers to process hair, be sure to use semi-permanent hair color or henna. This will avoid harsh reactions between the relaxer or perm and the ammonia and peroxide amounts in permanent dyes. It is always best to allow the hair to rest untreated as much as possible, and avoid mixing chemical processes.
10. Another styling caution is against the overuse of hairstyles that pull the hair too tight, such as ponytails and braids, which will cause hair loss especially along the sides of the scalp. This syndrome is called traction alopecia. Keep in mind when styling hair that hair is living and growing, and is susceptible to the stress of constant pulling continuous abuse causes scarring, which will lead to permanent hair loss in the areas affected. Along with leaving the hair chemically untreated for a time, leaving it in a loose style without over-manipulation for as long as possible will ensure optimum results.

so from the headline its obvious that my day didn't go well yet it wasn't that bad ..!!
starting the day the practical anatomy lab was going well , it was about the anatomy of upper arm , applying it in the dead body "in the cadavor" was interesting and even on plastinated organs we had fun in studying it as a group .. my group is really good by the way i love them all of them are good friends of mine..
after that i went to AUS finishing some work ... this is the part that i don't know how to describe IS IT FUNNY OR SHOULD I BE ANAGERY !!
yesterday i came to uni in my dad's car so i took all my ID and license with me , went i went home i took them with me and put them in my wallet ..TODAY when i went to AUS i wanted to take my friend with me and she has a card that allow her to go out with me <<<<<>
anyways , i really dont know how to describe this day but i think "na7s" is the correct word ....

Currently im in a GOOD mood !!

i have one thing to say for those people :
if you think that in this way you are showing others that you are something you are so damn wrong , what you are doing is just pushing people away from you and loosing their friendship , at the end you will find your self ALONE no one will ever care about you because you didn't care about others .. be friendly nothing is better than being with people that loves you and care about you ..

its sunday morning and i didn't sleep well yesterday "aaaaaaah" Im so tired the streets were soo crowded!!! which gave me a headache.. Now that i reached uni im feeling happy hhhhh and i don't have any idea ppl xD
anyways my day is not that bad i have only 3 classes and i finish early today @ 2:00pm which is veeeeeeery early in my major "poooor medical students"

Let me tell you about yesterday which was really boring ...
so i woke up at 7:30am and took my sister to her school then went to uni , my first class was psychology @ 11:00 which i didn't attend :p and went to the saloon with my friend insted later on @12:30 i had an elective course and silly me i choose history !! i hate this subject but didn't have another choice well i had but i will be alone without my friends and this will make the class boring and i wont have anyone to talk to long story i know hhhh anyways , our doctor is soo funny and the whole class is side talks and nothing related to the subject we only took few headlines ,,, sadly our doctor travelled and another doctor came .. so the fun is over now :(
the doctor started to explain the importent topics and it was something we hear for the first time hhhh and we have a midterm in the begining of march..
then i went to have lunch with my friend who is my cousin as well (we take the same major and in the same age , always together ^^)
after that comes the boring part we had anatomy lab its not boring but i got lost in the middle !! lots of nerves and muscles ooooooooh i got this bad headache even .. then we went to the cadaver and this is the part i looooooove in medicie because i feel im a real medical student ..
going home @ 4:30 i was really tired and the headache got worse then i slept ..
woke up on my dad's voice i didn't want to wake up but he was taking me out to the mall and to buy jewellery .. JEWELLERY guys my addiction ofcourse i will wake up .. so i went out had lots of fun , shopped alot , went home went online so i had a good start yet the middle wasn't good but atleast it was ended in a good way ...

THIS weekend "thursday" i went out and really wanted to watch a new movie though i've seen alot in the spring holiday but shopping is not that enjoyable in the sale :( ..
We choose "INKHEART" but when we got there we found that most of them are kids!! we got depressed "me and my sister" and thought we will leave the movie in a while but thought we will give it a shot and see what happens , but when the movie started seriously it was amazing that i started talking to the screen when the girl didn't see the thief which made my sister laugh..

اعتمد الفريق سمو الشيخ سيف بن زايد آل نهيان وزير الداخلية، النموذج النهائي الموحد لملكية المركبة ورخصة القيادة على مستوى الدولة، والمزمع البدء في تطبيق المرحلة الأولى من خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من العام المقبل.وقال العقيد غيث الزعابي مدير إدارة المرور والدوريات في وزارة الداخلية ان الوزارة عقدت عدة اجتماعات تنسيقية بين مديري المرور والترخيص في الدولة لإيجاد آليات لتبسيط إجراءات النظام وتطويره.وأوضح ان الوزارة عملت على تطوير نظام المرور والترخيص الاتحادي لضمان سرعة انجاز المعاملات البينية بين القيادات والادارات العامة للشرطة بالدولة، إلى جانب توفير قاعدة بيانات موحدة لجميع معلومات المرور والترخيص، ورفع مستوى الاعتماد على العمل الالكتروني والحد من العمل الورقي.وأكد العقيد الزعابي ان فكرة تطوير نظام المرور والترخيص الاتحادي أتت نتيجة للتطور التقني الذي تشهده قطاعات وزارة الداخلية وثمرة التعاون بين كافة القيادات والادارات العامة للشرطة، مشيراً إلى ان النظام زود بأحدث مبادئ أمن المعلومات لحماية المعلومات في طرق الوصول إليها. وقال: إن توحيد نماذج ملكية المركبة ورخصة القيادة على مستوى الدولة سيتيح للجميع انجاز كافة المعاملات المتعلقة بتسديد المخالفات ومعاملات شهادة الحيازة ومعاملة حجز وتجديد حجز رقم المركبة، وإصدار شهادات التصدير خارج وداخل الدولة من أي مكان في الدولة، مشيراً إلى ان المرحلة الثانية من الربط، ستتيح للمتعاملين مع الوزارة بيع مركباتهم من أي مكان في الدولة دون وجود رخص أو أرقام تصدير، وذلك في حال حضور المتعاملين البائع والمشتري في نفس إدارة المرور بالإمارة.

Makeup is the girl's favorite , i love it but im not with putting alot of make up all the time it depend on the time and the place im going to .. For daily makeup i go with light base powder , eyeliner (black or colored) ,mascra , blusher and a natural pink lipstick.. What i noticed is that some girls are applying the mascra in a wrong way and complaining that their eyes are not looking that good so i foulnd those steps and wanted to share them with you girls ..㋡

Today, im fasting and after having my fo6oor i checked my weight and i got shocked that i gained 3 kg and my current weight is 49kg it was 46kg i felt bad about it ,, im not a freak who keeps checking her weight all day .. I eat what i want and never count the calories in the food and keep my self active but gaining those kgs was due to the fastfood i eat and the amout of sweets i had the past 2 weeks while going out..

My plan is that i will start going to the jim 2-3 times a week , yet im not thinking about a diet cause i dont eat much already , what i will change in my diet is that i will drink more water ( we should have 2 liters a day) and cut down the fast food ..

WHY on earth am i talking about weight and putting a picture of a cupcake i have no idea hhhhh but i love cupcakes ..

❀❀ Its hard if you are one of the people that keep things in their hearts and never say anything no matter how bad they feel..
For me i tend to lock things in my heart , never say to someone you did this or that and simply forget what happened ..
For some people even by forgiving its hard to forget .. THE WOUND THAT STOPPED BLEEDING FOR A WHILE WILL TEND TO BLEED AGAIN..
The way i see it is that if you can forgive someone for something he\she did then forgetting what happened is an easy task but if you didn't forget and the bad feelings are still there then there is something wrong MAYBE you didn't really forgive that person , work hard know where is the problem and solve dont let it take your time and happiness away or even cost you a loss of a friend ..

㋡ As my holiday started i wanted it to be the best holiday , amazing and relaxing but the best day was the one i spent in JEBEL ALI RACECOURSE ,it was friday 9th of jan , race1 started @ 2:00 pm i got to see the horses , the trainers and there was a local jockey overthere i was so proud to see him , though we have the best horses and knights in UAE you dont find them in this kind of race so it was nice to see one.. at 5:00pm the 7th race started and it was the last one , luckly i got to see it closely and even took some picturse for the horse that won ,,, going to that race was really amazing and sure im going to the next race..
